Our story

An agency with heart ♥️

Cordelia, daughter of the sea, means “heart,” and we put just that into everything we do.

Cordelia Labs was founded on a simple conviction: that impact-driven organizations deserve the same caliber of media expertise as the world’s biggest brands.

President and Managing Partner Jodi Andrews spent 25 years at agencies like TBWA Chiat/Day and PHD Media, overseeing more than $750 million in media investment across TV, digital, programmatic, search, and social for brands including GSK, Diageo, Bacardi, and Carnival Cruise Lines.

In 2020, she left NYC to start a second chapter in St. Petersburg, Florida, and connected with Andi Graham and Dzuy Nguyen of Big Sea, a full-service creative and strategy agency and certified B Corporation founded in 2005, who were building exactly the kind of media arm she wanted to lead.

Cordelia Labs launched as the performance media arm of Big Sea: woman-owned, woman-led, and built specifically for the organizations generalist agencies have always underserved.
