Introduction

Garon Fence has been a trusted name in custom fences, gates, and outdoor structures for over 44 years, serving New York, Connecticut, and the Northeast. They’ve grown from humble beginnings into one of the most popular fence installers in the Tri-State Area.

Vision

Our goal was to make sure this home services company’s online presence matched the quality and beauty of the work they provide to their customers.  We started with an website rebuild to restructure their content, add more photos, and develop a more intentional journey for the traffic we would drive from their paid and organic search campaigns.

Strategy

After taking a close look at their existing PPC campaigns, we realized that showcasing all their services on a single landing page wasn’t doing them justice. We needed to find a way to let each service shine and provide more helpful information to potential customers.

  1. Platform Experience: Cordelia Labs quickly recognized that lumping all services into one unbranded keyword list was not an effective approach for search engine marketing (SEM) and user experience. Therefore, we took the initiative to separate the services into distinct categories such as Automated Gates, Repairs, Fences, and Railings. This strategic move aimed to achieve several key objectives:
  2. Improved Keyword Targeting: By creating separate PPC keyword lists for each service category, Cordelia Labs ensured that each landing page would be optimized for a specific set of relevant keywords. This approach increased the chances of the website appearing in search results when users searched for those fencing related services.
  3. Improved Landing Pages: We worked with our partners at Big Sea to give Garon Fence’s website a makeover by organizing their services into clear categories. This made it easy for visitors to find exactly what they needed, making their experience smoother and more enjoyable. By making the site easier to use, we helped Garon Fence boost their chances of turning website visitors into happy customers.
  4. Better Performance Tracking: Separating the keyword lists allowed Cordelia Labs to track the performance of each category individually. This data-driven approach enabled us to identify which services were generating the most traffic and conversions.
  5. Content Optimization: The categorization of services also facilitated the creation of targeted and relevant content for each landing page. By understanding the specific needs and interests of users searching for a particular service, Cordelia Labs could develop content that directly addressed their queries and provided valuable information. This approach enhanced the overall quality of Garon Fence’s website.

Separating the services into categories laid the foundation for future growth and scalability.
